La sexualidad es en la actualidad un tema difícil de abordar. Considerado por algunos sectores como un tema privado y su libre ejercicio es tabú para la formación durante la etapa adolescente. El objetivo del artículo es conocer y analizar cómo experimentaron el inicio sexual las madres adolescentes albergadas en la Casa Hogar Reina de la Paz de Lima (Perú). Investigación de tipo cualitativa, con aplicación de un guión de entrevista en profundidad. Fueron estudiados 07 testimonios de madres adolescentes en los que se exploraron varias áreas: entorno familiar; conocimientos y experiencias respecto a su inicio sexual. El común de las entrevistadas proviene de hogares violentos y desestructurados. El inicio sexual de la madre adolescente no fue de iniciativa propia, existió presión masculina, traducido en el chantaje emocional e incluso el ejercicio de la violencia. Existió desconocimiento de lo que implicaba iniciar la actividad sexual y sus consecuencias. Frente a un contexto familiar desordenado, violento y con las dificultades para la comunicación entre los progenitores e hijas, las adolescentes inician la búsqueda de armonía y afecto fuera de sus hogares.

Sexuality at the present is a difficult topic to tackle. Considering by some sectors as a private matter where its free practice is a tabuin the formation during the teenager stage. The objective is to know
or analyse how it was made the experimentation of sexual initiation in adolescent mothers in the House Reina de la Paz in Lima – Peru. This is a qualitative research with application of a deep interview guide. Seven testimonies of adolescent mothers were studied in the areas of family context, knowledge and experiences related to their sexual initiation. Most of the interviewees come from violent and non-structured homes. The sexual 45 initiation of adolescent mothers was not as own initiative, there were male pressure showed through emotional blackmail and violence. There was not knowledge about the implication of the sexual activity and its consequences. In from of the familiar, disorder and violent context plus the difficulties for communication between parents and daughters, the adolescents began the search of harmony and affection outside their homes.
