The study of case, collects the form like the growth of the diet subsidiado in health hits the
coverage of the diet of half premium in the municipality of Pereira. The analysis of the study
of case initiates with a review of the system of social security in Colombia, happening to the
theoretical and legal frame that elucidate the system of health and pensions, through the
instrument of survey obtains notable information that allows to establish that in the country
the coverage of the System of Pensions was of 47.3% and the one of the System of Health
was of 92.4%, according to DANE, with a desfase of 45,1% between the two and in Pereira
the coverage in pensions was of 34,58% and the one of health of 91,9%, that is to say, that
there is a difference of 57,32% between the two diets. Being something graver the one of
Pereira in 12,22%.
