Instructions for production of tables and figures

For tables:

1. open anaylsis.do (by double clicking so that working directy becomes path of analysis do file; or edit do file to changes paths)

2. execute analysis.do 

with 

	global baltests 	= 0 
	
	==> balance test numbers

and 

	global admin_sd 	= 1
	global mainregsvy 	= 1
	global figure_on 	= 0

	==> regression tables (admin and svy data)

Table legend:

Table 1	==>	analysis.log 
Table 2	==>	bal2.dta
Table 3	==>	bal3.dta
Table 4	==>	admin_SD.txt
Table 5	==>	t_sd_sav.txt
Table 6	==>	t_sd_exp.txt
Table 7	==>	t_dy_exp.txt
Table A1 ==>	t_sd_plan

Note: to avoid read/write errors turn off syncing of Dropbox in case the output is being written to synced Dropbox folders.
