In this article the current situation and development of the information technologies (IT) in the rural area of Latvia within the period from 1930 up to nowadays is reviewed. There is review in usage of different computing machines in different timing periods. The early 1960s are considered as the beginnings of usage of electronic computers. At that time the economical mathematics methods were developing.
