82. <span class="em">Place of habitation</span>. The place of habitation, column 4, refers to the place of residence. In the case of a city, town or incorporated village, the enumerator will enter the number of the house and the name of the street, as 14 Bay street; and in the case of rural districts the name of the township, lot, parish or cadastral number: Provided, however, that in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta the location be designated by township, range and meridian, as T. 14, R. 9, W. 3.
