<p>27. <span class="em">What the term Census year means.</span> Unless otherwise specified in the detailed instructions, or in the schedules, the Census year shall be the year beginning June 1, 1910 and ending May 31, 1911 for all questions and subjects under schedules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, and the year beginning January 1 and ending December 31 1910 for all questions and subjects under schedules 8, 9, 10 and 11.
