<p>1. How to formulate the question</p>
<p><span class="em">B. How many persons usually resided in the dwelling on March 22, 1981?</span></p>
<p><span class="em">C. How many of these persons were in another municipality or in another country the night of Sunday, March 22, 1981?</span></p>
<p>2. How to record the data</p>
<p>B. The total number of persons, by sex, who were usual residents of the dwelling on March 22, 1981, is recorded; irrespective of whether they slept in the dwelling or not.</p>
<p>C. The total number of persons who were in another municipality or country the night of Sunday, March 22, 1981 is recorded.</p>
