How to formulate the question<br /><br />In which municipality and department or country did you reside at the time of the earthquake of February 1976? (Only for those 5 years of age and older).<br /><br />2. How to record the data<br /><br />If the place of usual residence at the time of the earthquake of February, 1976 was the same as the place of usual residence at the time of the Census, the enumerator will circle "1. here", leaving the spaces for municipality and department or country blank.<br /><br />a. If the enumerated person resided in another municipality, different from the current place of usual residence, the name of the municipality of birth and the corresponding name of the department is requested and recorded in the spaces provided.<br /><br />b. If the enumerated person was born in another country, the name of the country and the year of arrival are recorded in the spaces provided.<br /><br />3.
