How to record the data<br /><br />If the enumerated person's mother is alive at the time of enumeration, only the number "1. yes" is circled. On the other hand, if the mother has passed away, "2. no" is circled. If the enumerated person's mother is alive and living in the same dwelling being enumerated, the mother's order number in the form is recorded in the space provided.<br /><br />The category "9. unknown" has been provided to record those cases in which the informant does not know if the mother of the enumerated person is alive or not.<br /><br />3.
