<p><span class="em">Question 8: What is the principal type of lighting that is used?</span>
<br />Mark only one box that agrees with the answer that the interviewee gives, taking into account the following criteria:</p>
<div class="i1">- <span class="ital">Electricity from the public system</span>: This is that provided by some State business as is the case of the National Electrical Energy Company (ENEE- initials in Spanish) or the municipality.<br /><br />- <span class="ital">Electricity from a private system</span>: This is that provided by a private company or a patronage.</div><p>[Illustration is omitted]</p>

If the owner of the motor sells energy to one or more dwellings, then for the owner you should register the answer in electricity from their own motor, and those to whom he sells are registered in electricity from a private system.<br /><br />- <span class="ital">Flashlight or gas lamp (kerosene)</span>: These are generally used in the rural area.<br /><br />- <span class="ital">Candle</span>: When the persons of the dwelling frequently use it [a candle] for illumination.<br /><br />- <span class="ital">Pine</span> [<span class="lang">Ocote</span>]: When the persons of the dwelling frequently use it for illumination.<br /><br />- <span class="ital">Solar panel</span>: When the dwelling has a solar panel as an energy source for illumination, whether exclusive for one dwelling or when in the community several dwellings make use of a community system for this type of electricity.<br /><br />- <span class="ital">Other</span>: This refers to any other form of illumination that the dwelling can use.</div>
