<p><span class="em">Question 16: What is the principal activity or production of the business, institution, or place where the person last worked or works? </span>
<br />Obtain from the informant a precise answer about the activity of the institution where [the person] works or worked last time.</p>
<p>Activity is what the business, workshop, institution, or organization produces or does; it is what all of the workers do as a group to produce a product, to provide a service, or to sell a good.</p>
<p>You should specifically describe the product that the business cultivates, the product that it manufactures or prepares, the product that it sells or the services that it provides.</p>
<p>The activity should never be written:</p>
