<svar a="all" v="IN87A034">5.1.5 <span class="em">Item 22: Survey code</span>: Whether the originally selected household has been surveyed or a substituted household has been surveyed will be indicated against this item by recording '1' if it is the originally selected sample, and '2' if it is the substituted sample. If neither the originally selected household nor the substituted household could be surveyed, i.e., if the sample household was casualty, code '3' would be recorded. In such case only block 1 and 2 will be filled up and on the top of the front page of the schedule, the word 'casualty' will be written and underlined.<br /></svar>
