<span class="h2">7.5 Battery III. Work context</span>
<br />Starting with this battery of questions and up to six, the information you obtain will refer exclusively to the main job of the employed population, such that it could have been performed during the reference week or they could have been absent from it, but with return assured.</p>

<p>The purpose of this battery of questions is to identify the person's position or job, their title in the occupation, the size of the economic unit and how long they have been on the job, among others. In addition, based on title in the occupation, the purpose will be, in the case of:</p>
<div class="i1">- Independent workers, identify their level of autonomy and the line of their activity.<br />- Subordinate workers, identify whether they have a written contract and access to employment benefits, as well as the form in which they accessed their job.</div><span class="em">Question 3m</span>
<br />This question is asked to paid subordinate workers to find out what other types of employment benefits they receive from the economic unit for which they work.</p>

<div class="i1">- Consider all the benefits granted by the worker's economic unit, even when they are not used.</div><p>1. Home loans (Infonavit, Fosvissste)?</p>
<div class="i1">- Those who have access through their jobs to loans to purchase, build, repair or expand their home.</div><p>2. Day care?</p>
<div class="i1">- Those to whom the economic unit grants day care service, which consists of caring for and attending to their children in early childhood in institutions with appropriate facilities for that purpose, known as wellness and child development stays (EBDI) or child development centers (Cendi).</div><p>3. Parental care leave?</p>
<div class="i1">- Those who receive leaves to care for their children in case of illness, backed by the institution from which the worker receives medical care.</div><p>4. Retirement fund (SAR or Afore)?</p>
<div class="i1">- Those who are granted a bank account by the economic unit for which they work which is managed by a retirement fund administrator.</div><p>5. Life insurance?</p>
<div class="i1">- People who have life insurance through the economic unit for which they work which guarantees that, upon their death, their beneficiaries will receive an amount in cash.</div><p>6. Private insurance for medical expenses?</p>
<div class="i1">- People who have, through the economic unit for which they work, access to private medical and diagnostic institutions in case of health problems.</div><p>7. Personal loans and/or savings account?</p>
<div class="i1">- Those who receive cash loans from the economic unit for which they work.<br />- Those who have a savings account in which the worker contributes a certain amount and the economic unit for which they work contributes another amount.</div><p>8. None of the above</p>
<div class="i1">- Those who have benefits other than those mentioned in the preceding options, such as: vacation bonus, cafeteria service, Fonacot loan (workers' consumption promotion and guaranty fund), transportation assistance, residential rent, total or partial payment of utilities (electricity, water, telephone).<br />- Sequence to follow. This variable indicates whether the respondent has home loans available at current job, even if not used, including the Institute of the National Fund for Workers' Housing (INFONAVIT) or the Housing Fund of the Institute for Social Security and Services for State Workers (Fovissste).
