Mixed</div><div class="i2">- Those who work in periods that cover the day and night shift, as long as the time worked in during the</div><div class="i2">night is less than or equal to three and a half hours; if the time is longer than that, it is considered a night shift.<br />Examples:</div><div class="i3">- Lucy enters work at 3 p.m. and leaves at 11 p.m. She works a total of 8 hours. Consider Lucy to work a mixed schedule because she works less than 3 and a half hours during the night shift. Remember that the night schedule begins at eight at night.<br />- Roberto enters to work at 8 p.m. and leaves at 8 a.m. in the morning. His work schedule is classified as a night schedule because the number of hours worked during the night exceeds three and a half hours.<br />- Cesar works from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. He has a mixed schedule, as he works less than three and a half hours during the night schedule: two hours, in this case, within this schedule.</div><div class="i2">Note that to define the mixed schedule you only have to take the night shift as a reference point, and exclude the day shift. The adoption of this criteria adheres to the guidelines established by the Federal Labor Law.</div><div class="i1">4. Rotating shifts</div><div class="i2">- People who do not have a fixed shift to perform their activity, because of the needs of the economic unit.</div><p>- Sequence to follow.
