<br />The purpose of this battery of questions is to verify whether the people who said they were employed are looking for another job, as well as the reasons and the places they searched.</p>
<p>Through these questions, it is possible to identify employed persons who, through the action of seeking another job, put pressure on the labor market, which is important in the calculation of some employment indicators.</p>

<p>Instructions:</p>

Fear losing their current job, downsizing or contract is about to terminate.</div><div class="i2">- Those who declare they are looking for another job foreseeing that their contract is about to terminate, or there will be a downsizing in the economic unit for which they currently work.</div><div class="i1">02. To improve their income working the same schedule</div><div class="i2">- Those who respond they are looking for another job to increase their income without being willing to increase the number of hours in their current work day.</div><div class="i1">03.
