<p>Columns (P01) to (P20) -- These should provide particulars of all persons who slept in the household on census night. The questions therefore apply to all persons irrespective of age or sex, except P13 which applies to persons 5 years and above.</p>
<p><span class="em">Columns (P38M) to (P40F) -- Particulars of most recent live birth (last 12 months). </span>
<br />178. These columns must be completed for all women aged between 10 to 54 years who have at least one live birth recorded in P34M and P34F.</p>
<p>179. If each of columns (P34M) to (P37F) contains "00", put a dash in P38M to P40F.</p>
<p><span class="em">P39 -- Place of delivery</span>
<br />184. Ask "Where did (name) deliver her baby(ies) in the last 12 months?" Record the answer '1' for "Yes", '2' for "No" and '3' for "Don't know".
