<p>Columns (P01) to (P20) -- These should provide particulars of all persons who slept in the household on census night. The questions therefore apply to all persons irrespective of age or sex, except P13 which applies to persons 5 years and above.</p>
<p><span class="em">Column (P13) -- Place of residence in 2010</span>
<br />115. For this question ask, 'where was (name) living in 2010'? Use the codes on the code list for Place of Birth/Place of Residence, and 'Country of Citizenship for Non Sierra Leoneans'.</p>
<p>116. Note that a Sierra Leonean may have been living outside Sierra Leone, and a Non Sierra Leonean may have been living in Sierra Leone.</p>
<p>117. For persons less than 5 years, put a dash in P13.
