Questions and instructions

Literal question
Write down the names of the head of household and all persons who normally live and eat together in this household 6 out of the last 12 months
Interviewer instructions
It is most important for refeence to otehr parts of this survey athat you accurately record athe names of memebers of the household and that each member has an ID number. For ease of reference, start with the head of household as number 1. This is the person identified as head of household in question 2. Then record spouse or spouses, then their children in order of age.Whilst the order is not critical (except for the head), it will make it easier for you later to identifycategories of people such as children under 60 months af age or people under 25 attending school on othr sections of the survey when you need to refer to this list and to the ID numbers contained in it. In the case of children not yet named include them in thelist as baby and his or her last name. They can then be allocated an ID number.
