Interviewer instructions
Record the kind of school that was attended. A government school is one that is operated and largely funded by the education department and in which the governement employs the teachers. A private school is one that is approved by the educatiion authorities to operate but is privately funded and operated. An islamic school is privately operated and teaches Arabic and the koran. Muslims high school that follow the government curriculum are not islamic schools as defined here. Note for people notateending school, you should skip to question 9 which asks the reason for non-attendance. Complete the coded response forthe reason given. Note that "non appropriate" would include the view that girls do not need to go to school.
