If the respondent does not immediately know howw much was spent on a particular item, suggest ways of working itout e.g what was the standard school fee for the last term. How many terms were there? How many children attended school?
The school year refers t the last completed primary or secondary school year ---that is september -july. Do not record expenses for other kinds of education such as vocational or post secondary training.
