This completes all of the questions fkor the hosuehold. Beforeleaving the household, you should take the time to check though the questionnaire. Make sure that

you have remembered to ask all the relevent questions
You have coded all the responses in the appropriate place
you have recorded the hosuehold details and form number on all copies of the survey form which you have used forthis household.
Then complete the interview by thanking the respondent and other household memebrs present for their time and co-operation.
