Definition

The line number is a 2-digit code used to identify each member of the household. The first member is assigned Line No. 01, the second number, Line No. 02 and so on. If there are more than 12 members in the family, use an extra questionnaire to accommodate all the members. The line numbers in the second questionnaire should be the continuation of those in the first questionnaire, hence, cross out the pre-printed line numbers such as 01 and change it to 13, 02 to 14, and so on.
