Write down the month and year of the last child born alive. The last child born alive is not always the same as the [last] child still alive. To make it clear, pay attention to the following examples.<br /><br /><span class="ital">Example:</span><br /><div class="i1">a. First child was born in October 1982 and until the enumeration time is still alive.<br />b. Second child was born in December 1985 and die at the age of 2 month.<br />c.
