This question is only asked to the respondents who did not pass elementary school (P519=01).<br />Note:<br /><div class="i1">a. A blind person who can read and write Braille is considered as literate<br />b. A person who previously could read and write but because of a handicap is now incapable is considered literate<br />c. A person who can only read but cannot write or vice versa, is considered as illiterate</div><br /><br />Ask question "Can you read and write using the Latin alphabet?"
