Questions and instructions

Literal question
If you were to reside in a similar dwelling, what would be the estimated rental montly value? (1000 Dinar)
Interviewer instructions
Ask all households about the imputed rental of the housing unit it occupies. This applies to housing units owned or rented from the private sector, government sector or public sector or rented against work, occupied by or without agreement with the owner.
By imputed rent is meant the amount expected to be paid if the housing unit is put up for rent. Ask the household about the estimated rent: if the household has no knowledge of this, the interviewer should make inquiry and estimate the rent on the basis of several indicators including the locality, total area and number of rooms.
