Minimum monthly receipt is the least amount of the money which was received in a month of the reference period. The universe of this section comprises service industries only. Generally, Service Industries are factories like rice milling, tailoring, etc.which provide industrial services to others only.They don't have their own purchased raw materials. Neither they have any particular product to be sold.
