Definition
The question of household assets were asked to help in the analysis of the socio-economic characteristics of Samoan households.

The answer Yes meant the household owned that particular asset and was in good condition or still operating at the time of the cnsus. The answer Yes but not operating meant that the asset was there but was not used at the time of the census due to damage or waiting repair and the answer No meant that the household did not have that asset at the time of the census.
