<svar a="all" v="BR91A039"><span class="h3">Question 19 - Automobile for work</span><br />An automobile for work is consider as one that is indispensable for the professional exercise of an occupation, such as that of a taxi driver, or a salesman who must transport samples of his or her merchandise or to pick up or deliver orders, etc. Do not consider as having an automobile for work when the vehicle is used for transportation to and from work for convenience.<br />Do not consider as having an automobile a household that only has trucks or pickup trucks for cargo.<br />Mark:<br /><div class="i1"><span class="em">1 - Owned</span> - when there is a passenger car or utility vehicle in the household used mainly for work and owned by one of the residents, even if it has been acquired with financing by the company for one of its employees;<br /><span class="em">2 - Ceded</span> - when the passenger automobile or utility vehicle is owned by the company the person works for, even if it is also used for the private use of the resident.<br />Do not include in this case a resident who is a driver for a company, even if he or she keeps the vehicle at the household; or<br /><span class="em">0 - Does not have</span> - when there is no automobile or utility vehicle for work at the household.</div><br /></svar>
