<svar a="all" v="BR91A494"><span class="h3">Question 10 - Religion or denomination</span><br />The record should identify the sect, denomination or branch of the religion professed, such as: Roman Catholic, Orthodox Catholic, Brazilian Catholic, Anglican, Episcopalian, Lutheran, Baptist, Christian Congregation of Brazil, Pentecostal, Adventist, Kardecist, Umbanda, Candomblé, Buddhist, Israelite, Shintoist, Mohammedan, Esoteric, Jehovah's Witness, etc.<br />Do not record generic expressions such as Catholic, Protestant, Spiritualist, etc.<br />For persons who do not profess any religion, NO RELIGION should be recorded.<br />In case of doubt in defining the religion of minors, the mother's religion should be recorded.<br />The Enumerator should ask the respondents about the religion of each person in the household. Religion may not be based on the declaration of the head of the household of family.<br /><span class="em">Note</span> - The record must be legible in order to facilitate the subsequent stages (if possible print the answers).<br />This procedure is valid for Questions 16, 19, 21, 29, and 46 to 48.<br /></svar>
