<svar a="all" v="BR91A454"><span class="h3">Question 50 - Do you have a signed labor contract?</span><br />This question inquires as to whether the person has a signed labor contract or not.<br />Mark:<br /><div class="i1"><span class="em">1 - Yes</span> - for persons employed under the Labor Code (CLT) with a labor contract signed by the current employer;<br /><span class="em">2 - Does not know</span> - for persons employed under the Labor Code (CLT) who do not know whether or not they have a legal labor contract signed by the current employer;<br /><span class="em">3 - Does not have</span> - for employed persons governed by the Statute of Public Employees or by for the Labor Code (CLT) who do not have a labor contract signed by the current employer or do not have an employment relationship; and<br /><span class="em">4 - Is not employed</span> - for persons who exercise their occupation without being employed.</div><br /></svar>
