<svar a="all" v="BR00A461"><span class="h3">Question 4.28 (Sample) and 4.06 (Basic) - Do you know how to read and write?</span><br /><br />Mark, as the case may be:<br /><br /><div class="i1"><span class="em">1 - Yes</span> - for persons able to read and write at least a simple note in the language he or she knows. Also consider literate those persons who know how to read and write but who later became physically or mentally unable to do.<br /><span class="em">2 - No</span> - for persons who never learned to read and write or who once learned but later forgot. A person who is only able to write his or her name should also be considered unable to read and write.</div><br /></svar>
