Age </span><br /><br />Make sure that they always give you the age of the person in completed years.<br /><br />If the informant does not remember the age of some person, help them with some occurrence (marriage, birth of a child, year in school, among others) or ask them to consult their drivers license, their birth certificate, or another document where the date of birth appears, and help them to calculate the age.<br /><br />When the person is less than one year old (is only hours, days, weeks, or less than 12 months old), write zeros in the spaces meant for it.<br /><br />When the answer is imprecise, confirm or inquire about the age attained.<br /></svar>
