Interviewer instructions
The highest level of education attained will be recorded for persons who attended in the past (left school), i.e. code '2' attended in the past in column 5. Completing a level means having passed the formal examinations at the end of the academic year - the last full grade completed. For instance, for a person who dropped out in S4 without completing the end of year examinations, then the highest grade completed will be S3 since he/she did not completed S4. The list of codes is provided.
