Interviewer instructions
This question seeks to find out whether the respondent consulted anyone to be examined for treatment during the last 30 days. To "consult" means to go to someone, for example a doctor, nurse, traditional healer or other health practitioners to seek diagnosis and treatment for an illness or injury. The codes provided are for a "YES" and "NO", record appropriately and follow the skip pattern.
