During the census, while counting the person in front of you, whether the person is male or female can be separated and written. Whether male or female, some can be easily separated even through their names. But there are many names that are used by both males and females. For small children, infants and babies, the head of the household should be asked to find out whether the person is male or female. To separate the person being counted as either male or female, code "1" should be marked to specify male and "2" should be marked to specify female. If the sex is indistinguishable, then whichever sex is stated by the respondent should be marked.<br /></svar>
