Definition

Expenditure in the last one month should be the amount really spent in the last one month, not the average monthly amount of the last 12 months. On the other hand, the expenditure in the last 12 months should be the amount trully spent in the last 12 months that ends one day before the census date, 12 calendar months.

Notes

For household that does not pay PBB, there is no need to estimate the value of the house. However if they pay PBB, the value of the house should be estimated although tax for the related household has not been paid yet.
The amount of PBB in one last month is calculated form yearly PBB divided by 12.
