Consensual union: A person who lives in marital state without having been legally married with someone they coexist with.<br />2. Separated: A person who lives separated from their spouse and does not live in a de facto union.<br />3. Married: A person who has been legally married and lives with the spouse, that is to say, who has not been widowed, nor has been divorced or separated.<br />4. Widowed: A person who after the death of their spouse has not been married again and does not live in a de facto union.<br />5. Divorced: A person who having dissolved their marriage by legal means has not married again and does not live in a de facto union.<br />6.
