<p><span class="em">Question 66:</span>How many total children born alive have you had?
<br />(It should be indicated that a child born alive is one who showed some sign of life at birth, e.g. breathing, crying, movement, even if the child passed away immediately; therefore it should be included)</p>
<p>The total number of children born alive is recorded.</p>
<p>The number of males and females is recorded and the corresponding circles are filled in. </p>
<p>If there were no children born alive, the number "0" (zero) is recorded and the zero circles are filled in.
