Description

Definition
This variable indicates the value of key-money for rented urban households. Key-money is a lump-sum amount paid to a landlord for the right to rent a dwelling at fixed or below-market rates for a long or indefinite period of time. To escape from a lease fixed with key money, the landlord would have to pay the renter the key money value of the property.
