Question 10 -- explanations: Apartment ownership or rent</span><br /><br />[Instructions refer to a graphic of the census form including question 10.]<br /><br />A. In answer 2 -- "rented with right to receive key money" the meaning is that the family pays rent for living in the apartment and is entitled for some payment, depending on the apartment's worth, when it wishes to leave.<br /><br />B. When the apartment is not owned by the family and not rented by it - circle number 4 and specify the owner of the apartment.<br />For example: when the apartment belongs to a factory in which the family's head works, and he/she is not paying rent.<br /></svar>
