Code 1 "temporarily absent" is to be encircled for persons for whom in section 1 "List of residents in the dwelling" the address of the temporary place of residence (column 4), duration of absence (column 5), and the reason of absence (column 6) are filled in.
Code 2 "temporarily resident" is to be encircled for persons, for whom in section 1 "List of residents in the dwelling" the address of their permanent place of residence (column 7), duration of absence (column 8), and the reason of their presence in this settlement (column 9) are filled in.
