Interviewer instructions
For a person to be available for work, he must have the time to work during the reference week. He must not have any reason at all for refusing a job, if offered, during the past week. If a person wants to work but cannot do so during the past week because of temporary illness, obligation to take care of children, attendance in school, etc., then that person can not considered as being available for work.
