Instructions for recording responses to questions 14-19 in a census questionnaire
Questions 14-19 in the form 2C are filled only for respondents who are permanently resident in the dwelling (including temporarily absent). For persons who live in this dwelling temporarily, i.e. for those to whom in the form 1 "temporarily living in the dwelling" is marked, responses to questions 14-19 in the form 2C are not filled.
Question 16 - Location of your work
The answer to this question is filled to all persons, to whom answers to the questions 14 and 15 of the form 2 C were filled.
In the territory of residence is marked to persons whose place of work is located in the territory of their permanent (usual) residence.
To the workers in the territory that is not the same with the territory of permanent (usual) residence you should write down one of the following name: the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Vinnytska, Volynska, Dnipropetrovska, Donetska, Zhytomyrska, Zakarpatska, Zaporizka, Ivano-Frankivska, Kyivska, Kirovohradska, Luhanska, Lvivska, Mykolaivska, Odeska, Poltavska, Rivnenska, Sumska, Ternopilska, Kharkivska, Khersonska, Cherkaska, Chernivetska oblasts, Kyiv and Sevastopol cities or the name of other state.
For example, if a respondent permanently resides in Donetska oblast and works in Luhanska oblast or in Russia, you should indicate Luhanska oblast or Russia.
Questions 14-19 in the form 2C are filled only for respondents who are permanently resident in the dwelling (including temporarily absent).
