<p>A person can live in the same district from bi' th without moving. Others may move from district to district, changing residence over time. Fot those who move, it is possible to keep coming back to the same district. What we are interested in is the length of their present unbroken or continuous residence in this district. Enter the number of completed years in the first two boxes</p>
