<p>You are now required to find out the second language the person uses. As in P13, note that it is not necessary that a person may be able to read and/or write in this language.
<br />Some people have only one language of communication. In that case, put a dash' (-) in the box provided, write 88 in the boxes that follow and then shade 88 in the shading spaces.
