Even with preferential treatment, reduction in number of days isn't working; should be amended to 5 working days for duty, VAT and clearing
Generally ZRA has improved in as a proffesional institute. They can howver do better
If ZRA want ot amke money, they should act quickly in processing things. Credit time should be extended from 5 days to 15. They must communicate effectively
N/A
This programme is working very well and hopefully this will continue
We feel that ZRA has many issues on trust and this make it very difficult to deal with them. They should deal with different companies on case-by-case basis rathere than apply a general approach for all companies
We would like to have the option of pre-clean. We need more than five days, especially over weekends
ZRA have been slow in implementing the programme. The privileges are not easily communicated
ZRA should work with Road Traffic and Safety Authority and International police to speed up clearance of cargo
Warning: these figures indicate the number of cases found in the data file. They cannot be interpreted as summary statistics of the population of interest.
