Si marcó "Accidente de tránsito" se debe especificar el mismo (choque, arrollamiento, volcamiento, etc.)
Si marcó que la muerte ocurrió por "Otro Accidente", debe especificar también la clase del accidente (caída, envenenemiento, incendio, ahogamiento, etc.); y el lugar donde ocurrió (casa, calle, oficina, lugar de trabajo, etc.)

Cuando la muerte ocurriere sin certificación médica, éste numeral se llenará en base a la información del Acta de levantamiento del cadáver realizado por autoridad competente.
