<span class="h3">II. Information about the dwelling</span></p>
<p>These serve to determine the principal characteristics and the conditions, in which they are found, in terms of the construction, comfort, disposition of basic services, etc.</p>
<p>For the purposes of the census, the dwelling is any shelter, separated and independent, built or used for housing persons.</p>
<p>In the "collective dwellings", this part will be completed up to the part of type of dwelling.</p>
<p>1. Condition of occupation:</p>
<p>The dwelling can be:</p>
<div class="i1">* Inhabited with occupants present: when it is occupied at the census date. Then you should mark box 1.<br />* Inhabited with occupants absent: when it is inhabited, but it occupants are temporarily absent on the census date, for reasons of work, traveling, etc.<br />* Uninhabited: when the dwelling is not occupied because it is for sale, under repair, legally disputed, abandoned, etc. This also includes the dwellings that are occupied in a transitory manner, but at the date of the census are unoccupied, as for example, summer homes, etc.</div><p>When you encounter a dwelling in this situations, you should only register the information about the dwelling that you can obtain, whether through simple observation or through reference of the neighbors.
