Horas efectivas: es el número de horas semanales realmente trabajadas por la persona presente en su empleo, incluyendo horas extras trabajadas (pagadas o no) en el periodo de referencia, pero excluyendo el tiempo que se ausenta del trabajo por motivos no laborales (sea que se lo descuenten o no del pago).
