Días pagos por enfermedad: cuando a una persona le rebajan de su salario un monto por concepto de seguro social, está cubierta por el régimen de enfermedad y maternidad, por lo tanto, disfruta de días pagos por enfermedad. Se incluirán además las personas que a pesar de no disfrutar de seguro social, su patrono no se les rebaja del salario los días de ausencia por enfermedad.
